After you’ve signed up for your service plan, our Customer Care Specialists are also available to help guide you through the process of activating your new PetSafe GPS Locator™, creating your notification settings, changing your Home Zone™ boundaries, and better understanding your product. These standard non-emergency tasks can be completed Monday-Saturday during our normal hours of operation. For your convenience, you can also perform these tasks through the My Account and Find My Pet Now sections of this website.
