If your dog strays from the Home Zone while wearing our GPS dog collar you will be alerted via phone, email or text message - whichever method you have pre-selected. Once you are alerted, either use the website or contact a Customer Service Specialist at (866) 900-1102 to track your dog. Note that standard messaging rates from your cellular provider will apply.

The Customer Care Specialist can stay on the line with you, personally providing accurate, turn-by-turn directions to wherever your roaming pal is located. Our team of experts is there to support you every step of the way, no matter the time of day.

If your dog is out there, we won't stop tracking him until you find him.
